In the event you would like to return or exchange your purchased item(s), please contact our customer service team at help@amazingspecialty.com for more detailed instructions and conditions.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If the product you are returning is not defective, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to cover original shipping and handling charges, except in cases where the customer paid shipping and handling.
If a product is returned incomplete or is damaged beyond what is required to open the package, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% or to refuse the refund.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, if applicable.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, except in cases of order fulfillment error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
